We offer a 30-calendar-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered.

For change-of-mind returns, products should be in their original condition, unused or unworn beyond reasonable inspection, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Original accessories and packaging should be included where reasonably possible.

These conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described merchandise.

2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days of delivery qualify for free return shipping.

Our customer service team will provide an authorized return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another suitable return arrangement at our expense.

For orders of $30 USD or less, any applicable shipping charge will be disclosed before payment confirmation.

9. UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS

Eligible UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods ordered online to cancel without giving a reason, followed by a further 14 days after providing cancellation notice to return the goods.

Qualifying refunds, including applicable standard outbound delivery charges, will be issued within statutory deadlines.
